Since 2016, we have led the effort to take the charitable fight against disease where it exists both in our own community, and others abroad.
Our Mission
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Our organization is dedicated to bringing healthcare both to communities abroad, as well as our own here in Southwest Virginia. We accomplish these goals by sponsoring medical mission trips and by distributing donated medical supplies to the local Appalachia community.
Our Projects
Roanoke-Area Medical Supply Recycling
Our goal is to take unused medical supplies that local residents/medical clinics are not in need of anymore and redistribute them to people who can’t get these supplies due to lack of funds and/or access. We also accept medications that can be given out to clinics or hospitals while on international medical mission trips.
Guatemala Mission Trips
We sponsor medical mission trips to Guatemala, where we work in community clinics and provide surgical services with our partner organization, Partners in Development. Our efforts help the local residents who lack access to healthcare, education, and sometimes even clean water, due to significant poverty.
Haiti Mission Trips
We deliver medical care and health education to people in Port-au-Prince. Our volunteer healthcare workers provide aid at stationary and mobile clinics within and without the city.
